Custom Metal Stamping Parts

We produce custom metal stamping parts to customer drawings, covering progressive-die, compound-die and single-operation stamping for prototype, small-batch and volume programmes. Components are formed from strip and blank stock and finished to the dimensional and surface requirements agreed at the enquiry stage.

Materials and Tooling Selection

Material grade, thickness and temper are selected against the drawing and the intended service conditions. The table below gives typical reference ranges for the materials we press most often. Final material and surface finish are confirmed on enquiry.

Process Steps and Inspection

Tooling is proven on first-off samples before volume running, and each production lot is checked against the agreed control plan. Dimensional checks, burr control and surface condition are verified through the run, with inspection records issued on request.

Drawing, Tooling and Delivery Flow

Enquiries are handled from drawing or sample: we review material, tolerances and quantities, confirm the tooling approach, quote, then produce to the agreed specification. Prototype, pilot and volume quantities can be scheduled to suit the customer programme.

Typical lead times and packaging are quoted per project. Final configuration and quotation are to be confirmed on enquiry.
